  • Special Note on Generated Names: All names produced by the Service are provided for your personal or commercial use. However, you are solely responsible for verifying the availability of such names, including conducting thorough trademark searches and domain availability checks through appropriate legal and registration services.

Access to certain features may require creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan.

User Accounts and Registration

To access full functionality, you may need to register an account with a valid email address and password.

  • We do not endorse or assume liability for any User Content.

Prohibited User Content includes material that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or promotes harm.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the Site for commercial purposes without permission, except as explicitly allowed for generated names.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Using automated tools like bots, scrapers, or spiders to access the Site excessively.
  • Harassing other users or staff, or transmitting viruses/malware.
  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.
  • Overloading or disrupting the Site’s servers or networks.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and all underlying technology, including the AI models, algorithms, and designs, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not store full payment card details; transactions are handled securely by partners like Stripe.

Termination

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeasureGen, LLC, its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
